Final information before the festival!

Are you ready?

Here is some important information in a nutshell:

Tickets in the Dong online shop are available until the day before their validity starts! In addition, you can still order via Metaltix – or buy tickets on site at the box office container!

Can’t find your ticket anymore? Log in to the Dong Shop and resend it to yourself!

To the hill and up the hill:
– On Thursday our parking lots open at 8:00 a.m. The campground on top of the mountain opens at 09:00 a.m.
– If you have purchased a parking ticket in advance in our onlineshop, turn into the parking lots at Geldernsche Str. 168 towards the mountain.
– If you don’t have a ticket yet, stick to P2 on the opposite side.
– As always, the cars remain at the foot of the hill.
– You can walk up the hill or for take the taxi shuttle (€4). The departure point for the shuttle is the foot of the Himmelstreppe.
– The Himmelstreppe itself is closed for safety reasons.

About your camp
– Camping is included in every ticket – you don’t need an extra camping ticket.
– Glass bottles etc are allowed on the campground – but not in the festival area.
– Charcoal barbecues and open fires are prohibited. Gas stoves are ok!
– Please create as little waste as possible and use the containers and garbage cans we provide for the disposal. Please take special care to ensure that broken glass, cigarette butts and other small items do not end up on the ground.
– Campervans and motorhomes: You can park in the parking lots at the foot of the hill if you have enough parking tickets (especially if your vehicle is larger than a standard car). There is no special camper parking lot and no additional infrastructure.

Cash vs. card, food, etc.
– Please bring cash! With the exception of the box office containers where you can purchase beverage vouchers and tickets with your card (or cash), pretty much everything else will be cash-only!
– Why? You need stable internet for permanently functional card payment and, unfortunately, the mobile internet on the hill is not a reliable ressource.
– Beverage tokens and box office can be paid by card (EC+credit) at the cashier containers.
– About the food: We’ve made a few changes this year. Get ready for food trucks with “the old Thai” (aka, the Thai stall that has proven itself over many years!), burgers, pizza, kebab and hearty beef dishes.
– The Underberg Festival Truck will also be there with cocktails!
– Breakfast will be served in the party tent – you can find more details about the menu on our social media channels.
– By the way, you can also get some shade, relax and sip cold drinks in the party tent during the day.
